All of our physical journals are printed to order, meaning each journal is created especially for you after your purchase. This approach helps reduce waste while ensuring every order is produced with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

Orders are typically produced within 3–5 business days before they are shipped.

Please note that production times may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or for certain hardcover products.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping option. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; however, they are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or shipping carriers are outside our control.

Important Information

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number during checkout.

Your local courier may need to contact you regarding your delivery. Without a valid phone number, your shipment could be delayed if the carrier is unable to reach you.

Tracking Your Order

If your shipping method includes tracking, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs & Import Fees

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your journal.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of your order's shipment date.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damage or printing defect

We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution as quickly as possible.
